Website Engineer / In house IT support

Our company is currently sourcing a Website Engineer / In house IT support officer
to work as part of our team in Melbourne.

Your role includes but is not limited to:

  • Improve the Company's existing website and design new website for the Company and its clients
  • Develop online facilities for share trading, managed funds, credit, SMSF administration business
  • Support VOIP telephone system
  • Advise and develop IT strategy to the Company

The successful candidates require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT, Website Development or Graphic Design;
  • Knowledge and experience in XHTML, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, MySQL and FTP, Knowledge and experience in mobile optimised sites;
  • Experience in share trading system, financial products platforms, or payment gateways for shopping carts and online payments is a plus;
  • Organisational and administrative skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrable ability to prioritise tasks and to take direction.

Loan Processing Officer

Headquartered in Collins Street, Melbourne, AFSSEC is an Australian domiciled boutique
Investment Bank and financial services firm that offers corporate advisory services to
corporate clients and funds management services to both wholesale and retail clients.
We are currently seeking a highly self-motivated Experienced Loans Officer/Credit Assessor
as a part of our cohesive and dynamic Melbourne-based team.

Your role includes but is not limited to:

  • Managing end-to- end processing of loan applications
  • Performing quality credit analysis
  • Dealing with consumer/business loans
  • Managing client relationships, keeping them up to date with progress and outcomes
  • Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to make sure a smooth process

The successful candidates require:

  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (FNS40815, FNS40811 or FNS40810),
    or the Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management
    (FNS50504/FNS50311)
  • More than 2 years of local experience, in the last years, in mortgage lending,
    mortgage broking, finance broking or commercial broking
  • FBAA or MFAA member
  • Tertiary qualifications
  • A high level of professionalism at all time, with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven experience in maintaining direct contact with consumers in terms of
    preparing/completing loan assessments among others
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Responsible Lending
    requirements under the NCCP
  • Experience in mortgage fund business is a plus
