Protecting our clients’ interests is our number one priority. In addition to our strict risk management procedures, we will employ both an internal and an independent external complaints resolution process.

Internally, our dedicated Sales and Client Care Representatives are available at all times to handle and resolve any initial disputes, issues or complaints that should arise. Should an issue ever need to escalate further, our Compliance Manager will step in and is responsible for overseeing the smooth resolution of any issues and ensuring client satisfaction.

Externally, AfsSec is a member of the Financial Ombudsman Service ‘FOS’ (Membership Number 15114). The FOS is an independent organisation offering free and accessible dispute resolution services to financial services consumers across Australia and can be contacted on 1300 780808 or www.fos.org.au
